In October 2007, stockholders should have received an E-Proxy Notice containing instructions for how to obtain proxy materials and vote their shares. If you were a shareholder on the September 11, 2007 record date for the 2007 Annual Meeting, you may request to receive paper copies of future proxy material and other stockholder communications. Please have your 12-Digit Control Number from the E-Proxy Notice available and click the link below or call 1-800-579-1639.

Stockholders may also sign up to receive future proxy materials, including E-Proxy Notices, and other stockholder communications on the Internet instead of by mail. This will significantly reduce printing and postage costs, and help us positively impact our environmental effect. In order to receive the communications electronically, you must have an e-mail account, access to the Internet through an internet service provider and a web browser that supports secure connections.
