Ingredients

•  Carrot-Date Salad
•  3 qts. SYSCO Imperial carrots, coarsely shredded
•  3 cups SYSCO Imperial celery, sliced
•  3-1/3 cups date pieces
•  3-1/4 cups SYSCO Classic mayonnaise
•  2 tbsp. reconstituted lemon juice

Preparation

1.  In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover. Refrigerate for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
