Ingredients
| | 2 cups SYSCO Classic pure honey |
| | 1/2 cup SYSCO International Dijon mustard |
| | 21-30 lbs. SYSCO Classic chicken fryers, cut-up |
| | 1-1/2 cups SYSCO Imperial Reserve barbecue sauce |
Preparation
| 1. | Stir honey into mustard; mix well. Add water to desired consistency. |
| 2. | Rub chicken with barbecue sauce. Brush generously with honey glaze. Grill, broil or bake until chicken is fully cooked, brushing with honey glaze every 10 to 15 minutes. |
