Ingredients
| | 2 qts., 1 cup SYSCO Classic pure honey |
| | 3 cups SYSCO Classic vinegar |
| | 3/4 cup SYSCO Imperial tomato paste |
| | 1-1/2 tsp. SYSCO House Recipe Hot Sauce |
| | 1-1/2 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick dried thyme |
| | 1-1/2 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick dried oregano |
| | 3/4 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick black pepper |
Preparation
| 1. | Blend ingredients together in deep, heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture is well-blended and begins to boil. Remove from heat. |
