Ingredients

•  Cajun Honey Glaze
•  2 qts., 1 cup SYSCO Classic pure honey
•  3 cups SYSCO Classic vinegar
•  3/4 cup SYSCO Imperial tomato paste
•  1-1/2 tsp. SYSCO House Recipe Hot Sauce
•  1-1/2 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick dried thyme
•  1-1/2 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick dried oregano
•  3/4 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick black pepper

Preparation

1.  Blend ingredients together in deep, heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture is well-blended and begins to boil. Remove from heat.
2.  Serving suggestions: Use to baste grilled or baked meats, poultry or seafood and vegetables.
