| | 112 cups SYSCO Imperial maraschino cherry halves, finely chopped |
| | 3 oz. maraschino cherry syrup from cherry halves above |
| | 214 oz. SYSCO Imperial rum extract |
| | 24 SYSCO Imperial maraschino stem cherries |
