Ingredients

•	Honey Lemonade

•	2-1/2 cups SYSCO Classic honey

•	1-1/2 qts. SYSCO Classic lemon juice

•	6 SYSCO Imperial fresh lemons, thinly sliced

•	ice cubes, as needed

•	6 qts. soda water

•	24 SYSCO Imperial fresh lemon wedges, for garnish

Preparation

1.	Dissolve honey in lemon juice. Add sliced lemons, refrigerate mixture until ready to use.

2.	For each drink, fill 12 oz. glass with ice cubes. Pour 1/4 cup lemon juice mixture over ice; fill glass with 1 cup (8 oz.) soda water. Garnish with lemon wedge.
