Ingredients
| | 2-1/2 cups SYSCO Classic honey |
| | 1-1/2 qts. SYSCO Classic lemon juice |
| | 6 SYSCO Imperial fresh lemons, thinly sliced |
| | 24 SYSCO Imperial fresh lemon wedges, for garnish |
Preparation
| 1. | Dissolve honey in lemon juice. Add sliced lemons, refrigerate mixture until ready to use. |
| 2. | For each drink, fill 12 oz. glass with ice cubes. Pour 1/4 cup lemon juice mixture over ice; fill glass with 1 cup (8 oz.) soda water. Garnish with lemon wedge. |
