Ingredients
| | 1-1/2 SYSCO Culinary mayonnaise |
| | 1/2 cup Imperial Dijon mustard |
| | 24, 4-oz. onion focaccia rolls, split, toasted |
| | 2 lbs. (48 slices) SYSCO Classic bacon slices, cooked crisp, drained |
| | 4 lbs. Block & Barrel Imperial smoked turkey, sliced paper-thin |
| | 3 lbs. Each SYSCO Imperial vine-ripe fresh tomatoes, SYSCO avocados, sliced, 1/4 in. thick |
| | 1 lb., 8 oz. SYSCO Natural fresh romaine lettuce, shredded |
| | 6 oz. SYSCO Imperial blue cheese crumbles |
Preparation
| 1. | Combine mayonnaise and mustard in bowl; set aside. |
| 2. | For each serving, spread 1 rounded Tbsp. mayonnaise mixture on bottom half of toasted focaccia roll. Layer with 1 oz. lettuce. Sprinkle Tbsp. blue cheese on top. Cover with roll top. |
