Ingredients

•  Cobb Sandwich
•  1-1/2 SYSCO Culinary mayonnaise
•  1/2 cup Imperial Dijon mustard
•  24, 4-oz. onion focaccia rolls, split, toasted
•  2 lbs. (48 slices) SYSCO Classic bacon slices, cooked crisp, drained
•  4 lbs. Block & Barrel Imperial smoked turkey, sliced paper-thin
•  3 lbs. Each SYSCO Imperial vine-ripe fresh tomatoes, SYSCO avocados, sliced, 1/4 in. thick
•  1 lb., 8 oz. SYSCO Natural fresh romaine lettuce, shredded
•  6 oz. SYSCO Imperial blue cheese crumbles

Preparation

1.  Combine mayonnaise and mustard in bowl; set aside.
2.  For each serving, spread 1 rounded Tbsp. mayonnaise mixture on bottom half of toasted focaccia roll. Layer with 1 oz. lettuce. Sprinkle Tbsp. blue cheese on top. Cover with roll top.
3.  Wrap in take-out wrap.
