Ingredients
| | 10 oz. SYSCO Classic unsweetened chocolate, melted |
| | 2/3 cup SYSCO Imperial dried plum purée |
| | 3-1/2 Tbsp. Arrezzio instant espresso granules |
| | 2-1/2 tsp. SYSCO baking powder |
| | 2 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick salt |
| | SYSCO powdered sugar, as needed; optional |
Preparation
| 1. | Thoroughly beat chocolate, dried plum purée, egg whites, sugar, coffee granules, baking powder and salt. Fold in flour. Spread batter into a greased 12x20 pan. Bake at 325ºF. until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool; dust with powdered sugar. |
