Ingredients
| | Black Pepper Mayonnaise |
| | 3 cups SYSCO Imperial mayonnaise |
| | 1/4 cup SYSCO Imperial/McCormick cracked black pepper |
| | 48 SYSCO Classic white sandwich bread slices |
| | 48 SYSCO Natural lettuce leaves |
| | 48 SYSCO Imperial tomato slices |
| | 4 lb., 8 oz. Imperial Angus beef top (inside) round, fully cooked, sliced thin |
| | 48 SYSCO Imperial bacon slices, cooked crisp, drained |
Preparation
| 1. | To make mayonnaise: In bowl, mix ingredients until thoroughly blended. Cover and refrigerate. Yield: 3 cups. |
| 2. | For Each Serving: Toast 2 bread slices. Spread 1 Tbsp. Black pepper mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice. Top one slice with 2 lettuce leaves, 2 tomato slices, 3 oz. Beef and 2 bacon slices. Cover with other bread slice; cut in half. Serves 24. |
