Ingredients
| | 2 Tbsp. SYSCO butter or margarine, softened |
| | 3/4 cup SYSCO Imperial creamed honey |
| | 1 Tbsp. brandy (or 1 tsp. brandy flavoring) |
| | SYSCO Imperial/McCormick ground nutmeg, to taste |
Preparation
| 1. | Beat butter in small bowl until creamy. Gradually stir in honey; beat until smooth. Stir in brandy and nutmeg. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Use as a spread on quick breads or dollop on grilled chicken. |
