Fresh Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

•  Fresh Fruit Smoothie
•  36 fresh plums, coarsely chopped
•  2 lb. 4 ounces cranberry concentrate, frozen
•  1-1/2 qt. water
•  4 qt. SYSCO Natural orange juice
•  2 lb. SYSCO Brand strawberries, hulled, fresh or frozen
•  1 lb. Ripe bananas, peeled, quartered
•  2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
•  Ice as needed

Preparation

1.  Combine orange juice, strawberries, bananas and yogurt in electric blender. Blend smooth; chill
2.  Portion 10 ounces fruit mixture for each serving; shake or blend to order. Pour over ice in Tom Collins glass.
3.  VARIATIONS: use cranberry juice or pineapple juice for half the amount of orange juice.
