Ingredients
| | 2 oz. SYSCO Brand Butter |
| | 1/4 cup SYSCO Supreme Extra Virgin olive oil |
| | 2 tsp. SYSCO Classic salt |
| | 1/2 tsp. caynenne pepper |
| | 1 qt. all-purpose flour |
| | 8 oz. Each shredded Arrezzio cheese |
| | Arrezzio grated parmesan cheese |
Preparation
| 1. | Combine Butter, oil, salt, cayenne and water in saucepan. Bring to boil; stir in flour, and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture forms ball. Continue to cook, stirring over low heat, until mixture dries. Transfer to mixer. |
| 2. | Beat dough in mixer, adding eggs slowly as each is absorbed. Mix in cheeses. Drop tablespoons of batter onto greased sheet pans. Bake at 400°F. until browned, about 20 minutes. Serve hot |
