Ingredients
| | 1 qt. Jerk Seasoning Mix |
| | 12 5 oz. each SYSCO Classic chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, halved |
| | 4 lbs. 8 oz. SYSCO Natural romaine lettuce, trimmed |
| | 3 cups SYSCO Imperial Caesar dressing |
| | 3 lbs. SYSCO Classic garlic cheese crouton cubes |
| | 1-1/2 cups Arrezzio Parmesan cheese, grated |
| | No matter the season, this Caribbean-Italian-inspired dish is a winner - served with spicy broiled chicken hot or chilled atop the greens. |
Preparation
| 1. | Prepare Jerk Seasoning Mix. |
| 2. | Spread chicken on both sides with Jerk Seasoning Mix and arrange in hotel pan. Cover; chill at least 2 hours. |
| 3. | For each serving: Broil marinated breast half 4 to 5 minutes on each side. |
| 4. | Combine 3 cups of the romaine (3 ounces) with 1 ounce of the dressing and 2 ounces of the crouton. Toss to coat with dressing. |
| 5. | Arrange salad on cold plate. Thinly slice cooked chicken on the bias; fan atop salad. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the Parmesan. |
