Ingredients

•  Caesar Romero Salad
•  1 qt. Jerk Seasoning Mix
•  12 5 oz. each SYSCO Classic chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, halved
•  4 lbs. 8 oz. SYSCO Natural romaine lettuce, trimmed
•  3 cups SYSCO Imperial Caesar dressing
•  3 lbs. SYSCO Classic garlic cheese crouton cubes
•  1-1/2 cups Arrezzio Parmesan cheese, grated
•  No matter the season, this Caribbean-Italian-inspired dish is a winner - served with spicy broiled chicken hot or chilled atop the greens.

Preparation

1.  Prepare Jerk Seasoning Mix.
2.  Spread chicken on both sides with Jerk Seasoning Mix and arrange in hotel pan. Cover; chill at least 2 hours.
3.  For each serving: Broil marinated breast half 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
4.  Combine 3 cups of the romaine (3 ounces) with 1 ounce of the dressing and 2 ounces of the crouton. Toss to coat with dressing.
5.  Arrange salad on cold plate. Thinly slice cooked chicken on the bias; fan atop salad. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the Parmesan.
