| | 2 lbs. SYSCO Natural red and yellow onion, 1/2-in. thick slices |
| | 1 lb. 8 oz. Red bell pepper wedges |
| | 12 SYSCO Classic pita pocket bread, whole wheat, halved |
| | 48 SYSCO Imperial tomato slices |
| | 24 SYSCO Natural romaine lettuce leaves |
| | 12 oz. SYSCO Block & Barrell mozzarella cheese slices |
Preparation
| 1. | Grill chicken, onion slices and bell pepper wedges. |
| 2. | For each sandwich, fill pita bread half with 2 tomato slices and 1 lettuce leaf. And 2 ounces chicken, 1 slice grilled onion, 1 ounce bell pepper and 1/2 ounce mozzarella slice. |
