Ingredients
| | Grilled Steak Sandwich with Salsa Spread |
| | 1-3/4 cups pieces Imperial extra heavy gourmet mayonnaise |
| | 1 cup SYSCO Classic mild picante sauce |
| | 1/2 cup SYSCO Imperial fresh green onions, thinly sliced |
| | 2 tbsp. SYSCO Natural cilantro, minced |
| | 24 each SYSCO Classic Sourdough bread, 1-inch slices, grilled |
| | 2-1/4 qt. SYSCO Natural cleaned and cored lettuce, shredded |
| | 9 lb. SYSCO Supreme Angus beef flank steaks |
Preparation
| 1. | Combine mayonnaise, drained picante sauce, onions and cilantro; mix thoroughly. Cover; refrigerate until ready to use. |
| 2. | Per serving, spread 1 bread slice with 3/4 ounce spread. Plate; top with 1 ounce lettuce. |
| 3. | . Coat both sides of steaks with SYSCO Imperial cracked black pepper. Grill to desired doneness, turning once. Thinly slice across grain. Arrange 4-1/2 ounces per serving atop lettuce. |
