Ingredients

•  Grilled Steak Sandwich with Salsa Spread
•  1-3/4 cups pieces Imperial extra heavy gourmet mayonnaise
•  1 cup SYSCO Classic mild picante sauce
•  1/2 cup SYSCO Imperial fresh green onions, thinly sliced
•  2 tbsp. SYSCO Natural cilantro, minced
•  24 each SYSCO Classic Sourdough bread, 1-inch slices, grilled
•  2-1/4 qt. SYSCO Natural cleaned and cored lettuce, shredded
•  9 lb. SYSCO Supreme Angus beef flank steaks

Preparation

1.  Combine mayonnaise, drained picante sauce, onions and cilantro; mix thoroughly. Cover; refrigerate until ready to use.
2.  Per serving, spread 1 bread slice with 3/4 ounce spread. Plate; top with 1 ounce lettuce.
3.  . Coat both sides of steaks with SYSCO Imperial cracked black pepper. Grill to desired doneness, turning once. Thinly slice across grain. Arrange 4-1/2 ounces per serving atop lettuce.
