Ingredients
| | 4 lbs. SYSCO Classic turkey cutlets, thin strips |
| | 2 qts. SYSCO Imperial onion, thinly sliced |
| | 1 cup SYSCO Natural fresh parsley, chopped |
| | 1-1/2 Tbsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick lemon pepper |
| | 1-1/2 Tbsp. SYSCO Natural garlic, minced |
| | 1-1/2 Tbsp. SYSCO Natural fresh oregano, minced |
| | 1/2 cup SYSCO International Supreme olive oil |
| | 5 Arrezzio 12-inch diameter, thin crust Italian bread shells |
| | 1-1/4 qts. SYSCO Imperial tomatoes, chopped |
| | 50 SYSCO Imperial Kalamata olives, pitted and slivered |
| | 1-1/2 lbs. SYSCO Imperial feta cheese, crumbled |
Preparation
| 1. | Combine turkey strips, onion, parsley, lemon pepper, garlic and oregano. Sauté mixture in oil over medium-high heat, 5 to 7 minutes. Place pizza shell on baking sheet. Top with turkey mixture, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Bake at 450ºF. for 10 to 12 minutes, or until heated throughout and cheese slightly melted. |
