Ingredients

•  4 lbs. SYSCO Classic turkey cutlets, thin strips
•  2 qts. SYSCO Imperial onion, thinly sliced
•  1 cup SYSCO Natural fresh parsley, chopped
•  1-1/2 Tbsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick lemon pepper
•  1-1/2 Tbsp. SYSCO Natural garlic, minced
•  1-1/2 Tbsp. SYSCO Natural fresh oregano, minced
•  1/2 cup SYSCO International Supreme olive oil
•  5 Arrezzio 12-inch diameter, thin crust Italian bread shells
•  1-1/4 qts. SYSCO Imperial tomatoes, chopped
•  50 SYSCO Imperial Kalamata olives, pitted and slivered
•  1-1/2 lbs. SYSCO Imperial feta cheese, crumbled

Preparation

1.  Combine turkey strips, onion, parsley, lemon pepper, garlic and oregano. Sauté mixture in oil over medium-high heat, 5 to 7 minutes. Place pizza shell on baking sheet. Top with turkey mixture, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Bake at 450ºF. for 10 to 12 minutes, or until heated throughout and cheese slightly melted.
