Ingredients
| | 40 oz. SYSCO Imperial Mayonnaise or low-fat mayonnaise |
| | 20 oz. SYSCO Classic prepared low-fat Italian dressing |
| | 10 oz. SYSCO Imperial fresh lime juice |
| | 1/4 C. SYSCO Imperial McCormick chili powder |
| | 3 Tbsp. SYSCO Imperial McCormick garlic salt |
| | 10 lb. SYSCO Imperial Alaska Surimi Seafood chunks or shreds, thawed if necessary |
| | 32 oz. SYSCO Imperial canned diced green chilies |
| | 3 lb. 12 oz. SYSCO Imperial sliced green onions |
| | 5 oz. SYSCO National chopped cilantro |
| | 50 leaves SYSCO National lettuce leaves |
Preparation
| 1. | In large bowl, blend mayonnaise, dressing, lime juice, chili powder and garlic salt. |
| 2. | Stir in surimi, green chilies, corn, rice, green onions and cilantro. |
| 3. | For each serving, portion about 1 cup salad into center of a lettuce-lines tortilla. |
