Alaska Surimi Seafood Tortellini Salad

Ingredients

•  6 c. Arrezzio Dried cheese tortellini
•  5 c. SYSCO Classic Surimi Seafood chunks or shreds
•  1 qt. SYSCO Imperial Granny Smioth apples, diced
•  1 pint SYSCO Classic Prepared Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
•  1 pint SYSCO Classic low-fat Sour cream

Preparation

1.  Prepare tortellini according to product directions.
2.  Flake surimi into large mixing bowl; mix in apples, green onions, dressing and sour dream.
3.  Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
4.  Serve approximately 2 cups salad per serving.
