Ingredients
| | 6 c. Arrezzio Dried cheese tortellini |
| | 5 c. SYSCO Classic Surimi Seafood chunks or shreds |
| | 1 qt. SYSCO Imperial Granny Smioth apples, diced |
| | 1 pint SYSCO Classic Prepared Blue Cheese Salad Dressing |
| | 1 pint SYSCO Classic low-fat Sour cream |
Preparation
| 1. | Prepare tortellini according to product directions. |
| 2. | Flake surimi into large mixing bowl; mix in apples, green onions, dressing and sour dream. |
| 3. | Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. |
| 4. | Serve approximately 2 cups salad per serving. |
