Ingredients
| | 2 - 64oz. cans SYSCO Classic Canned Salmon |
| | 2 c. SYSCO Classic Prepared Italian Dressing |
| | 18 (4 oz. ea.) SYSCO Imperial Red potatoes, cooked & quartered |
| | 3 lb. SYSCO Imperial Whole green beans, thawed |
| | 4 lb. SYSCO Imperial Tomatoes, vertically sliced |
| | Approx. 12 oz. SYSCO Classic California Ripe Olives, sliced |
| | 24 SYSCO National Lettuce leaves |
| | 24 SYSCO Imperial Lemon wedges |
| | SYSCO Classic Capers, as needed |
Preparation
| 1. | Drain and flake salmon; drizzle with 1 cup dressing, cover and set aside. |
| 2. | Drizzle 1 cup dressing over warm potatoes; cover and set aside. |
| 3. | Garnish with lemon wedges and capers and serve with additional dressing on side. |
| 4. | For each serving, arrange on lettuce leaf 3 each: potato slices, green beans, tomato slices and olives; add flaked salmon. |
