Ingredients

•	24 fl. oz. water

•	22 oz. SYSCO Classic Plain Yoghurt

•	5 SYSCO Classic eggs

•	1/4 c. SYSCO Imperial vegetable oil

•	5 lb. SYSCO Classic Imitation Blueberry Muffin Mix

•	56 oz. SYSCO Classic Cherry Pie Filling

Preparation

1.	Place water, yogurt, eggs, oil and SYSCO Classic Imitation Blueberry Muffin Mix in mixer bowl.

2.	Using a paddle, mix on low speec 30 seconds. Scrape bowl.

3.	Continue to mix on low speed 30 seconds. DO NOT OVERMIX.

4.	Spread batter into prepared 24x16x2" sheet pan.

5.	Spoon cherry pie filling over batter in diagonal stripes.
