Ingredients

•  11.3 oz. SYSCO Imperial Light Brown Gravy Mix
•  5 oz. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick mild dry chili powder
•  1/4 c. SYSCO Classic dried minced Onions
•  1/3 c. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick Cumin
•  4 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick Garlic Powder
•  4 tsp. SYSCO Imperial Cocoa powder
•  2 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick Cayenne pepper, ground
•  1/4 c. SYSCO National Cilantro, dried
•  4 qts. water

Preparation

1.  In a large mixing bowl combine SYSCO Imperial Light Brown Gravy Mix with chili power, cumin, garlic powder, cocoa, cayenne pepper and cilantro. Mix until thoroughly blended.
2.  Bring 3 quarts of water to a full rolling boil.
3.  Mix dry gravy blend into 1 quart of cold water. Stir until thoroughly blended.
4.  Pour gravy blend into boiling water, whisking continuously until sauce is very smooth.
5.  Stir in cilantro.
