| | 11.3 oz. SYSCO Imperial Light Brown Gravy Mix |
| | 5 oz. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick mild dry chili powder |
| | 1/4 c. SYSCO Classic dried minced Onions |
| | 1/3 c. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick Cumin |
| | 4 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick Garlic Powder |
| | 4 tsp. SYSCO Imperial Cocoa powder |
| | 2 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick Cayenne pepper, ground |
| | 1/4 c. SYSCO National Cilantro, dried |
Preparation
| 1. | In a large mixing bowl combine SYSCO Imperial Light Brown Gravy Mix with chili power, cumin, garlic powder, cocoa, cayenne pepper and cilantro. Mix until thoroughly blended. |
| 2. | Bring 3 quarts of water to a full rolling boil. |
| 3. | Mix dry gravy blend into 1 quart of cold water. Stir until thoroughly blended. |
| 4. | Pour gravy blend into boiling water, whisking continuously until sauce is very smooth. |
