Ingredients
| | 1, 5 lb. SYSCO Imperial whole boneless ham, fully cooked |
| | 1/3 cup SYSCO brown sugar, firmly packed |
| | 1 Tbsp. SYSCO cornstarch |
| | 1/2 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick ground nutmeg |
| | 1/4 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick ground cloves |
| | 2/3 cup SYSCO Sahara Burst apricot nectar |
| | 2 Tbsp. SYSCO Imperial lemon juice |
Preparation
| 1. | Place ham on rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, in a 325ºF. oven for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 140ºF. |
| 2. | For the glaze: In a small saucepan combine brown sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg and cloves. Stir in apricot nectar and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. |
| 3. | Brush ham with glaze. Continue baking 15 to 20 minutes more, brushing occasionally with glaze. |
