Apricot-Glazed Ham

Ingredients

•  1, 5 lb. SYSCO Imperial whole boneless ham, fully cooked
•  1/3 cup SYSCO brown sugar, firmly packed
•  1 Tbsp. SYSCO cornstarch
•  1/2 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick ground nutmeg
•  1/4 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/McCormick ground cloves
•  2/3 cup SYSCO Sahara Burst apricot nectar
•  2 Tbsp. SYSCO Imperial lemon juice

Preparation

1.  Place ham on rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, in a 325ºF. oven for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 140ºF.
2.  For the glaze: In a small saucepan combine brown sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg and cloves. Stir in apricot nectar and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly.
3.  Brush ham with glaze. Continue baking 15 to 20 minutes more, brushing occasionally with glaze.
