Located deep in the heart of the Acadiana region of Louisiana, Doerle Food Service’s roots go back to 1950, when Paul Doerle Sr. sourced fresh produce at the French Market in New Orleans and distributed it to his local customers in Acadiana. Over the next 7 decades, the company grew to service a broad customer base, including restaurants, healthcare, and multi-unit customers. Doerle expanded its service area over the years to include Louisiana, East Texas, and Mississippi and is located in Broussard, LA, operating out of a 425,000 square foot warehouse.
