Our family is proud to be seven generations rich in the Jersey business. At our peak production, we milked 130 Jersey cows. In 1999, we down-sized our herd to 65 milk cows and incorporated pasture grazing into our operation. With this change, we saw great improvements to our herd health and health benefits to the milk our cows were producing.
In 2009, our family decided to expand our operation to include a processing facility. Building the creamery allowed us to keep our family farm sustainable – both for this generation as well as for generations to come. In March 2010, our first wheels of cheese were created and we opened our on-farm store in June 2010.

Responsible for driving a tractor trailer for delivering and unloading various products for Sysco customers.
This is a warehouse position responsible for operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, selecting the correct products from warehouse racking, labeling product using SOS label technology, palletizing product as it is selected to build customer orders and delivering product to the dock in a safe and efficient manner.
This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting the company’s products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts. The main focus is to help Sysco customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals established by the company.
