About Us
Sysco Detroit is based in Canton, right outside Detroit, Michigan. Our Operating Company services the eastern half of Mid-Ohio to Midland, Michigan. We pride ourselves on being our customer’s premier partner in their food service needs. The Detroit Campus employs over 450 personnel including sales, merchandisers, warehouse, and others. Sysco Detroit feeds the Motor City and beyond.

Grobbel and Sons
Established in 1883 they are a staple in our Detroit market for corned beef. Groebel offers many different cuts of their corned beef to reach out to all of our customer base (cooked or raw). They still do the old world style of curing and use quality products giving them a fantastic finished product.
Faygo
Established in Detroit in 1907. It’s a brand that brings back the feeling of being a kid again. They have many different flavors of sodas or, as we say in Michigan, POP. Ranging from the classics like Root Beer, Grape, Orange, Red Pop, Cream Soda and their classic Rock and Rye.
Little Town Jerky
One of our younger companies founded in 1994 in Falmouth, MI. They supply us with our CAB Smoked Brisket and a CAB Corned beef. Both products are bought in Michigan, made in Michigan and sold in Michigan. They have many other products to choose from but these are two that we are very proud of.
Morley Candy Makers
Established in Detroit in 1875. Morley is the maker of Sanders hot fudge, which is the single best hot fudge in the market. There is no other product like it and was made famous by being used in their staple Sanders Cream Puff Sundae.
Wolverine Packing
Established in Detroit in 1960. They produce 8 million burgers a week shipping all over the United States. They do all of our CAB Burgers and supply us with Wolverine branded product as well. They utilize the most state of the Art equipment insuring us with the safest product out there that can be sold with confidence.

Train the Trainer are focused seminars that are made available to our partnered customers. As the name suggests, these sessions are designed to make owners and managers better coaches and leaders to their frequently fluid staff. An example of an upcoming theme: “Building A Culture Of Great Service”.

Culinary Consults are on-site kitchen “work-withs” by our Culinary Team. This service for our partnered customers focuses on identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, productivity, and overall profitability, resulting from a hands-on work-alongside approach.
